5. Refund & Exchange Policy
Due to the instant-access and non-returnable nature of downloadable digital software and assets, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once a download link or access key has been generated.
Exceptions to this policy are made only under the following conditions within 7 days of purchase:
The downloaded file is corrupt, broken, or technically defective, and our technical team is unable to provide a working version within 3 business days.
